Lay out colored pencils, pens, markers, paints, glues and stiff, colored paper on top of a newspaper covered table. Show the kids how to fold the paper in half to make a traditional inside-outside greeting card, and tell them to draw or paint on the outside, and write a message to Mom and “Happy Mother’s Day” on the inside. In case your pocket does not allow you to afford a lovely but expensive card then you do not need to lose heart. Do not forget that even a simple and inexpensive card could be made really special by your imagination and creativity. You simply have to add some quotes or drawings to that simple card in order to make it special and unique.
The internet is also full of humorous and funny e-cards for Mothers Day. You can pick any card from the large collection available on the internet. Just make sure that the humor is not too loud, otherwise, she will feel disgusted rather than happy. Do not forget to add a personalized note to the e-card to make it even more special for the most important person in your life.
